Paris 2024 Day 1: W4x100 Free - Hard To See Any Leaping Like Dolphins Do
Flashback: Tokyo 2020ne Aussie Gold in a 3:29 World record fit to make the rest green with envy: (L-R) Emma McKeon, Bronte Campbell, Cate Campbell and Meg Harris - by Patrick B. Kramer

Australia has taken up all the O in the H2O at the past three Olympics Games, their golden bull run including two World and one Olympic record and including three of the most decorated relay swimmers of all-time: Emma McKeon and the Campbell sisters Cate and Bronte.

No Cate this time round but McKeon and Bronte C could both add a series of top stats, achievements and honours to their pantheons in Paris as the Dolphins head back to the Olympic cauldron with what is one of the most solid advantages over the rest across all events and all sports at the Games.

If three, let alone four, cylinders fire at full blast, Australia's opponents are in a battle for the minor spoils, Dolphin gold in the women's 4x100m free perhaps the safest unrewarding bet on the books, the calamity of a DQ the biggest barrier to a straight fourth triumph.
