The star of his home Paris 2024 Olympics today the World short-course 200m medley record to his four Games golds and a string of other achievements this year when he thumped Ryan Lochte's 2012 standard into the past with a thumping 1:48.88 victory on day 2 of 3 at the 2024 World Cup finale in Singapore.
