Victor Conte is a sports coach who designed doping programs for world-class athletes and supplied banned substances through the Bay Area Laboratory Co-operative, or BALCO.
He was a man who supplied an untraceable designer steroid, among other drugs, to competitors who prospered from cheating for 'success' at the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympic Games.
